He is claiming that Minerco Filed their 10Q-NT late due to some merger or acquisition that is in the works.

1. Minerco Always files late.
2. Fibs only has his interests in mind.


I have been reading up on Sparkling Ice and how they have basically crushed the competition in this space. Coca-Cola couldn't compete and has had to revamp FruitWater through Minuet Maid, which is now containing real Fruit Juice.

I've brought this up before, but we are going to start seeing new trends evolve in this space. Spark ICE dominates their niche, so other companies are going to scramble in an effort to carve out their spot. Vanis knows this, and has stated that they are going to have to update the FIZZ formula in order to keep up with trends.

I suspect this is why the Giants sold out so cheap.. It is extremely hard to make money in this space unless you're Spark ICE.. If Coca-Cola company couldn't do it.. How can you honestly think Minerco has any kind of chance at all?
