No they can't......but they couldn't before since we didn't have the right to their technology......but now we can sell their technology in USA & Europe....and we weren't planning to go to Asia any time soon with our technology......at the end of the day they liked what they see in the future of LQMT otherwise they wouldn't invest 63million in us......and I doubt he will sell anytime soon why else would he want people on BOD??? He won't get that unless he owns big chunk of LQMT......Li is looking to make huge profits with LQMT and not penny flipping....
