There are some of us who believe he cannot buy right now. When the stock first took a hit resulting the trial halt fiasco, Woodford met with NWBO management and learned that nothing was "untoward". Remember? Some of us believe that during that meeting, Woodford signed an nda and learned inside info that precludes him from buying until that info becomes public. Until around the time of that meeting Woodford was buying more stock on the open market. After that meeting and the "nothing untoward" statement, he did not buy any additional shares.
