So I understand the Nevada SOS website has been updated to add in the 50,000 preferred shares into the A/S.
If my math is correct, when good ole Bill decides to convert those preferred back to common, the A/S total will increase by 1 million shares for each preferred share. If he converts all the preferred shares the A/S will go up by a mere 50 billion shares. That's billion with a B.
I am sure it's just coincidence that this change on the Nevada SOS site hit AFTER the 10Q was released. LMAO.
