Does not appear to be related. Looks like the company requested SEC for confidentiality regarding a number of exhibits back in 2014 .... and this was just now granted. Wouldn't want to provide trade secrets to the competition or other "bad guys" (evil doers). They could twist the facts & make things look bad ... wouldn't want that to happen. Oh, and the investigation? I suspect they will still be looking into the various agreements made between the various parties. You are jumping the gun & getting a bit too anxious & coming to conclusions prematurely.
