Does anyone know how the breakout boards work? Is it a ranking of most read, most posted, most active, or a combination of aota? Or does someone moderate the list?
Cause $CDNL was climbing today and reached #9 spot, but somehow ended up at #50 on the BB. $CDNL should be in the top 10 in my opinion.
