The license was a forgone conclusion & already priced in for the most part.
On the other hand, Now that they have a license its no longer a speculative play and going forward they will be judged by standards such as revenues, growth, market share, burn rate, etc.
That being said I don't know how much cash they have on hand, but running this operation is not cheap and if comparing to all other LP's, it will likely be 9-12 months before they can sniff profitability - meaning there could be potential dilution along the way to pay their people & expenses.
At least that's why I didn't jump in. All IMO
