It will prove there was never a share buyback as Bill claimed. It will also explain the 720 million increase to the A/S per the 8/A filing. Yes it will have an effect.

I do not think anyone expects it to be good. Everyone should know there will be no revenue on it. Other than that the SS is updated per OTC markets, so I do not see how it will change anything. It will just be another filing.
