The T1 code is very interesting in this whole puzzle.

We know this supposed-Dumas sentiment from Mon's DJ is true because it was same sentiment @ SH meeting: "the perceived insincerity of past press releases has recently prevented GlobeTel from issuing any more glowing releases until there's money in the bank to back up the claims."

Perhaps GTE did submit a "big" NR to AMEX for approval but not something that would have required a cash deposit (like a signed contract on a completed wireless pilot-Mexico, etc). I mean, w/o the cash, Co surely knew NOT to do that!

So the positive NR is something that could be questionable (like a progress update) and AMEX decides to investigate B4 releasing. Meanwhile, GTE is confident the NR is sound so a "source" leaks the proceedings to DJ.

Now when the NR does come out, it will have the credibility it would NOT have had w/o the AMEX investigation and DJ "used" to help disseminate that fact.
