an RS does not add or reduce anything, as far as valuation or amount an investor owns, just like a forward split. He paid himself a huge bonus, then used those proceeds to buy the shares. Nothing self invested in that. And like I just stated, if he wants legitimacy, he should RS, get the valuation to 1 buck forty and greatly reduce his OS. What is wrong with that?? He can always keep the AS at 8 billion in case he wants to dilute further. No true DD can take place untl the 10K is released this month, and the Quarter released in May. Anything else is pure gamble.
