UMS is a deeply troubled private company.


I couldn't agree more:

Integral:
From December 31, 2014 to the six month period ending June 30, 2015 the company's current liabilities increased by $1,037,829, whereas the current assets only increased by $120,001.

That is an increase of working capital deficit by over $900,000 in just six months.
