"These are legitimate concerns [... how current shareholders can expect a return on their investment with the enormous overhang of shares, debt and unresolved problems from the past] that have been left un-addressed by current management. Until they're addressed, it would take an enormous verifiable sale or contract to persuade new investors to buy shares, and allow some relief for older investors who would have little chance of break - even recovery of their pre 2012 investment." - mikeg2's #msg-120991032

Mike,

It now three weeks from my February 21 post #msg-120675764 when I alerted you and all other Hurting in the Dark Shareholders of a process whereupon Bourque Industries Chief Security Officer Juan C. Mendoza will respond to a list of questions and concerns generated by us.

I cautioned that Juan Mendoza made it clear to me that the information visitors collected at Bourque Industries Headquarters & Lab was determined in scope and depth based on Bourque Industries determination of their value and warm regards towards Kryron and John Bourque, meaning whatever Juan Mendoza responds to in this context will be tempered as to be received in public that consist of those unfriendly and even with intent to harm or steal from Bourque Industries, as so verified by post #msg-121064306 which states the following:
[start.]
Juan has filtered [people] having motivations which are not helpful to the company or its shareholders. Some surely will not like the lack of information flowing from Juan. That is OK, and because of Juan doing his job well, some will be be angry because he decides not to be forthcoming with information flowing to whom he determines to be a negative influence or threat to the company and/or its officers. The has a consequence of also protecting the shareholders, by enhancing the security of the company and its officers.
In this, Juan has proven his value and success.
Thank you Juan.
[stop.]

While I can only speak for myself directly, and indirectly to those Hurting in the Dark Shareholders that Juan Mendoza has decided to strike down any delivery of company communication towards, it is quite clear that Juan Mendoza's actions have resulted into a statement by Bourque Industries towards all those silent investors into this company that choose not to contact or visit the Headquarters & Lab, but read this board and scan the company web site, that they represent "a negative influence or threat to the company and/or its officers" as so determined by Juan Mendoza.

Position Description: Investor Relations Officer
Basic Function: The investor relations officer position is accountable for creating and presenting a consistently applied investment message to the investment community on behalf of a company.

Its clear that Juan Mendoza's function "to the investment community" does not obtained a reading of "Juan has proven his value and success." by the large majority of the Hurting in the Dark Shareholders.
