Nothing presently, but that they've been wanting to go public. They were just waiting on financing, and a reverse merger was the cheapest and easiest way to go was what I heard. I would bet that it is a merger with GEAR, but still, don't know for sure. It's just a guess. Would be a nice guess because I'm sitting on 10,000 shares of GEAR stock that I wish I could trade.
