Section 2.6 of their 8-k offers 3 options for compensation of pre-merger FHAL shares, and all 3 options mention a value of $15/share.

I've skimmed through it, and it seems pretty air tight - explicitly mentioning a 1:1 conversion ratio. Basically, I couldn't find anything gimmicky, that would give it away as a PR stunt.
