Probably not a bad idea.

If my bid at 5.50(extreme situation) doesn't hit before the summation PPS levels out, I will add when the PPS levels.

On the flip side, it appears we are entering the up 100, down 100 phase, so buying TVIX when the mkt spikes makes sense as well.
