In order to complete this amalgamation RBE must complete an off-take agreement with a European power company for a minimum tonnage of 500k tonnes per year. RBE is presently finalizing an
off-take agreement that could be for as much as 2 million tonnes per year. RBE also has a number of patents that would become the property of the amalgamated companies.
BSP is currently having discussions with Canaccord Genuity to raise $30 million in equity for the merged companies.
