I spoke with BSP. "We are very close"

The company has signed a MOU with RBE to enter into a joint venture to develop a Bio-coal plant at the Port of Natchitoches LA. Management of both parties have held discussions that could lead to an amalgamation of both companies with the resulting entity being called Biomass Secure Power. Ownership would be 50/50.
