It has always existed outside the U.S. That has never changed and never will. It was only discontinued in the United States because of the safety standards put on the auto makers and the ranger was in an old platform so it would of been too expensive on the old body so they decided to end it in favor of F150 sales. But it is coming back and they have to bring in new equipment for the plant that it is going in. It doesn't take overnight for this to happen.
