Just TALKED to Dannielle.

SO i called and asked for investor relations, and i was put through to Dannielle. I am going to tell you the exact contents of the call. No bull $hit. I told her i was a concerned investor that had a few questions that i wanted answers to. She told me that she could not answer with any specific dates but she will answer whatever she can. I asked about the 10-q. "I am very concerned about the 10-q, could you shed some light on the likelihood of it being filed in time" her answer "The 10-q being filed on time is at the top of our priority list at Saleen right now. We are making great strides to get that done on time. my response, "you do understand that if the 10-q is not filed then the stock will be delisted from OTC. Her response: "our finance department is very aware of that fact and is doing everything they can to get it done."

This is where it got interesting.

I said "okay thank you for your time" (not very enthused with her responses)

She then said to me "Sir I want to apologize for the lack of investor relations this company has displayed. We are currently working touching that behavior and to increase transparency with the shareholders via PRs, and News filings ect. We are working very hard to get this company back on track and I THINK You WILL BE HAPPY WITH US SOON."

These were her words not mine.. I was little concerned with her tone of voice and somewhat uncertainty at some points in the call. But all i can urge you to do as fellow concerned investors is to call yourselves and ask for the Investor Relations department. Ask your questions and listen closely to the responses and tone. Then post your experience on this board and we can all together make some educated inferences on the future.. I want to point out that I'm 19 years old and found time between exams to do this. I would like some of you with deeper and more intimidating voices to call in because they may take you a little more seriously haha. Take 5-10 mins out of your day to try and get some real answers to the problem we are all concerned about

heres the number again (714) 400-2121

Call and then post what was said

Thanks.
