Ok ...here's a reality check for you traders Sun Edison's goal was to get solar modules down to around .40 cents per watt by 2016...this Vivint deal dates back years for planning...Tepper suing is BS( Terraform is their Yield co!! They were formed for this exact reason!!). Vivint through partnerships holding patents holds the key to getting solar modules down to the .40 cent per watt margin they want BOS( balance of systems) It takes years to get a product out to market, development stages, marketing, Passing all safety tests and UL certifications. I'm Very skeptical that sun Edison acquiring Vivint is terminated. I think the Old deal may have been but a new one is soon approaching that satisfies all ... SunEdison, Terraform and Vivint. -------watch and see, Back to a remedy!!!
