SO then the big question has to be if we go off the last set of financials where it shows 100 grand in the bank, 3 million in toxic debt 2 million in IRS debt where did all this money come from to spend the millions he shows he spent? Whereas we know for a fact revenues were tanking, they had dumped a number of branches and its the slowest time of the year for his industry we are to believe he did all this without borrowing money? So all of a sudden after seeing quarter after quarter of huge losses and a huge cash flow problem we now have to buy that all of a sudden the tooth fairy dropped off millions. We have to be smarter than this.
