That is a deep question. Is an unpaid person doing work exclusively for a company an employee, a CONtractor, and intern, or just totally wasting their time.

Makes a difference, as if NTGL has PAID employees, the company needs to be paying the FICA taxes, unemployment insurance, and perhaps other compensation-related taxes, fees, and insurance coverage (e.g., a umbrella policy covering employee actions on behalf of the company) - depending upon Nevada state and Federal laws.
