The warrants have to be bought we aint giving them away so that means a huge infusion of cash onto the balance sheet! As for the O/S being 300m (worse case scenario) with $100m revs potentially for year ending 2016 and (worse case scenario) net earnings of $30m we have an EPS of a dime multiply that by any average multiple you want (10+) and you get that buck pps. But people here who are 'in the know' say that the warrants are safe until buyout time so any O/S below 100m and it seems $3 minimum is nailed on providing the revs keep coming in as we expect.
