A wide range of what this stock is, should be and potentially could be worth.
Obviously right now it is worth 0.325 a share.
Many factors past & present have us here.
I feel it should be worth $1 now if all were well known by public.
Some speculation issues:
While there are 75 mil outstanding shares.
There are 285 mil warrants
That adds up to over the 300 mil authorized shares allowed
Some warrants will have to be bought back by company
Or Authorized share total would have to be raised
Would be interesting to know Dan's plan
If 2 years from now the company has a buyout offer
What does he invision Outstanding share count to be by then?
100 mil? At $9 a share
200 mil? At$4.5 a share
300 mill? At $3 a share
That uncertanty will at some point need to be settled.
