W3R, my view is since last Friday's decision by Collier allowing JPM off the hook on the bank bonds, WMIH will move ahead with their platform purchase within a month or so.

I also believe WMIH will purchase a platform from KKR such as one of their companies like KFN that they have taken private over the last couple of years or something similar. I look for tranches 5/6 robe worked very quickly after the "platform" purchase which maybe simultaneous or very close to that meaning once WMIH naked an announcement (8K filing) about moving forward.

Once WMIH moves forward, WMIH actions will happen very quickly and regular for the next several years making WMIH a huge conglomerate once again.

Once WMIH moves forward, I look for this case to be totally deep-sixed forever within a year or so.
