Micro---I love your feistiness and fiercely independent & brainy style!!! While we agree on almost everything else, we are miles apart on the RS issue.
I think Weets hit the proverbial nail on the head with the below very fine post. Of course, his post will prove to be dumber than dumb if WAVE does not produce some impressive revenues in the next few months. But in view of the awesome ramp up of TPMs this year, I regard Weets thinking on the RS to be astute and accurate.
FROM WEETS:
"Giving tkc the benefit of the doubt, maybe he meant the private placement as dilutionary. Moreover, a reverse split followed by strong news + revenues will be a great one two combination. For Wave to be recognized & taken seriously by the Street & certain index funds, the share price will have to be much higher say above $5.00. This will be alot easier with only 30 million shares trading! If the biz & numbers for Wave in the coming next 4 quarters are just a fraction of what I believe they will be, Wave will need to up split the stock several times as institutions & sophisticated investors scramble to come in on the buy side...They will!!! Let the outstanding shares remain the same after the RS, who cares for it just gives Wave more leverage in future deals or needed hiring! SRA would not come to the table if they didn't trust mangement explicitly & didn't believe that Wave could execute their business plan!! The Best...Carl."
