If things go as planned....

So do I.

I asked Ben about SEC Rule 506(c) (pertaining to accredited investors) and if he felt KBLB may pursue this avenue and his reaction led me to believe that it is highly doubtful.

Wouldn't be surprised if they already have an alternate funding source in mind.
