Consider that if we have 700m shares at .025 and kim diluted the entire 110m that dilution would only account for a pps drop to .0218
It would yield him about $2.5m.

I dont think dilution will be an issue since the 2.5 would be more than enough to get into production imo.

I think the company will be just fine.
