I know it's of little consolation, but I likewise had a similar experience when I first started trading. I lost an absurd amount trading SKTO, which didn't even end up being a real company.

The only silver lining (if you can call it that) is that you'll be able to realize this loss to hopefully offset gains for tax purposes. You can do this for up to (I believe) $3,000 per year.

It helps come tax time.
