IENT has failed to get their books in order since the failed merger with Outdoors Unlimited in 2013!

I see we got another "IENT also intends to return to full public company reporting in 2016".

7) Still planning on reporting in first quarter of 2016.

BUT no details were released on the conditions for the acquisition of an unknown company who failed to announce the news on their website, their Facebook page, Twitter, etc.! Doesn't appear that TapStar is all that excited about being acquired by IENT.
