Notice how the 2009-2011 SEC 10K..still UNFINISHED

All I read is a resume for the appraiser and a bunch of legal hooey about comparisons to other COMPANIES.

I'm still not sold, but of course that is not relevant...right?

I wonder if ESCU is taking more than a few pages out of Gary F Kimmons book of Trickery.

So the name change took place in June 2015. Its March 2016 and the same 2009-2011 SEC 10K that Gary F Kimmons promised...or possibly lied his butt off about in 2012 still isn't done? Why didn't Escue Energy finish the 2009-2011 SEC 10K first? Since in the S-1 its says its almost done. Sounds kinda odd.

I wonder if this whole operation is just a smoke and mirrors trick to sell Gary and his Son's shares? And whoever is involved.....
