By the way... something I was wondering here.

If shares are restricted, that means we cant sell them on the open market, but can we sell them, or give them to someone else outside the market? Ie... they stay in their restricted state, but I coordinate with my broker to move or transfer a certain number of shares to Mr. XXXX once we get the certs?

I have never had restricted shares before, and was wondering if there are ways we can do things outside the box to actually get value for them... outside normal market channels.
