RSII: Yes, a close at the high of the day is a very bullish indicator of the price valuation yet to come.

Once we break the slight resistance encountered here at the 0.0015 level for the past several trading sessions, we have a "Blue Sky" run here up to 0.0025 and then on toward 0.0045.
