Yes, LADR has been the star performer the past couple of days in terms of overall percentage. SDLP has been the miracle worker although NGL and MDR have hardly been slouches...am now sitting on a gain of nearly $7K.

My only regret of late is that I sold JPEP although I came out with a nice gain plus a distribution. Still, I'm a pig.

I must admit I'm a bit uneasy re. oil's climbing out of the basement. I don't trust it and wrote a piece to that effect at the SDLP board. I'm of the belief that now is the perfect time to become conservative and accumulate some dry powder to apply when the next oil slick has just about everybody slipping and sliding out of control. I want to be ready to swoop down on some of the blood sure to line the streets.

As for NGL---my cost basis is $9.33. This has me underwater about $5,600. Given that it's quite an improvement over a couple of weeks ago when I was down more than $40,000, I'm not feeling especially concerned. In fact, there were moments yesterday and today when I was actually in the green. Garsh!!! I expect my occupancy in the abyss will soon prove short-lived. However, I can only wonder how long it will be---if ever--- before people discontinue the practice of linking refiners, logistics people, engineers, producers, service providers including pipelines and storage facilities--- into the same general bag. It is hardly the smart way to invest in energy.

Meanwhile, this has been quite a prosperous week for me, for you as well, I hope.
