If I'm not mistaken this matter is already being discussed between the parties involved thus a decision will be rendered in the coming days or weeks. No one knows what that decision will be. I would like to know your thoughts if the charges become unfounded with no merit ? Do you anticipate a favorable outcome for the investor. At this point it's still 50 - 50 anything can happen. An allegation is just that an allegation the parties concerned have been given the opportunity to challenge the "allegations". Just my opinion do your own DD and have a great day. The presumption of quilt is not how things work in this country. That's why we have trials and or hearings , thank God for that.
