7/18/2006

CARLSBAD, Calif., Jul 18, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) --
Sub-Surface Waste Management of Delaware, Inc. (OTCBB:SSWM), announced that its Mexico subsidiary company, Environmental Tec International, S.A. de C.V. (ETI), has deployed its newly acquired mobile site investigation equipment to its Puebla, Mexico office last week. This rapid site characterization system augments the patented Bio-Raptor(TM) rapid remediation system currently deployed in Mexico and will hasten the completion of the site assessment phase prior to remediation and site cleanup.

Bruce Beattie, CEO of SSWM, stated, "SSWM has acquired and deployed from the U.S. to Mexico a 'state of the art' mobile truck mounted patented Geoprobe(R) system for rapid site characterization on its current project work in Ciudad Puebla and for the upcoming Assessment and Remedy study for three sites in the northern part of the State as requested last week by Governor Mario Marin of Puebla. By bringing to Mexico our advanced technology capabilities we further strengthen and enhance our strategic market position in this rapidly emerging market for environmental services."
