The Cognate MFN provisions are in force as long as the Cognate agreements are in place. They are still in place. Instead of continuing to issue shares to Cognate upon each raise, NWBO will simply wait until they feel they have stopped raising funds for a while, then unload a massive amount of shares to Cognate.
