SO mgmt who straddled ownership of both companies allowed NWBO to drop to an incredibly low level by mismgmt only to take it over at bargain prices due to favorable powers granted to it from the get go. Brilliant, buy it on the cheap by using NWBO's own money raised from using other people's money namely the shareholders..........and I predicted this a year ago. Then I said that I have seen businesses allow prices to fall to such low levels that the related company buys it at bargain prices taking advantage of such a happenstance.
