After talking to a couple big investors(over 10 million earned). I have been told everything here should be fine. Actually was told that a buy under 2$ will be very good by end of March. I was told for anyone under 3$ will do very well over next few months and a target price of over 10$ by year end minimum.

As for the dividend cut it will save company 8 million dollars.
As for the deal collapse that may also be a great thing.
As for late 10k. I was told restructuring was the reason and was over reacted on.

Hey this is what I hear. I am invested here and hoping for great results.

My source also just made over 1 million alone all on a court case stock called GRZ. I was told fear is your ticket to $$$$.
