They have their own debt, would kill this company, 2 debt ridden companies not a good combination. Not saying they wouldn't make a massive corp. but its not practical and that is the bottom line. That is why they are so in debt now they kept buying when they couldn't afford to.
Well the stock price gives an example of what people thought of the deal, let this company get itself together and stabilize with competent management who understands what they can and cannot afford. No doubt they have got their selves in over their heads but this is fixable if that deal went through they would have to shut the doors not a doubt about it.
