As I recall, when they explained the "Active, not recruiting" and the "This study is ongoing, but not recruiting participants" change to the clinical trial.gov site, there was some mention of extending the period out by one month to October 2016 due to the delay.

However, it still reads September 2016.

Yes, and it previously said September of 2015, until they changed it last fall. They knew long before they changed it that it wouldn't end September 2015. It will say September 2016, until they change it again.

There is a screening hold right now. Referring to it in that manner serves as a description for what is happening overall. And when they are able to tell us, it will be "lifted" so-to-speak.

IT is a screening hold. NWBO needs IT to be lifted to continue screening in order to complete enrollment. The trial has been delayed because of IT. Linda would never have made the comments about the delay in December if the trial was completely enrolled, which we know it wasn't because Linda said it wasn't

I don't expect you to accept this explanation, and I understand if others don't either. It works for me, I share it with all of you, and you can poke holes in it all day long. I simply do not care.

No spin on the AA explanation. You don't wait for the end of a trial to apply. That is the point of accelerating it. I have no certainty that they are applying for AA. I know they intended per the April 2013 protocol. Maybe they changed their mind.

That's right. You don't apply for AA at the end of a trial. And Linda never said she would apply for AA. Rather she has said on multiple occasions that she intends to see the trial through to the end. I interpret her comments about AA to mean exactly what she said. No AA. She will wait until the end to apply for approval and it won't be AA. I know how important the AA theory is to the idea that something great is right around the corner. I call it the zombie theory, because it just won't die. Even when the CEO chops the head off, it still comes back to life.

Whatever it is... it's good. And for one, I will not let others here spin good news into bad. I accept my decision to hold and buy when I can is mine and my husband's alone. You may do whatever you please and it will make no difference to me. What I do should make no difference to you. Put my posts on ignore and you won't have to read the rays of sunshine I bestow here.

The "good news" had nothing to do with the halt and everything to do with the 300 enrolled. You know that and are choosing to take advantage of the way NWBO spun this little tidbit out there for all the suckers to gobble right up. You have been steady as she goes. Steady as it goes right down the old turd swirly. I have a feeling you would still bestow rays of sunshine if the allegations are proven to be true and charges are filed, if the trial goes up in flames, or if the company goes belly up due to lack of financing. It's just what you do. For whatever reason, it's just what you do. All JMHO of course :)
