12 billion in goverment funding by 2020 about 5 major players in the fuel cell market yes neahs tech and patenet portfolio put them in that 5!!! my guess is they receive some of that pie not to mention the drdo will come around ! so you skepticism somewhat understandable though i have to disagree i am waiting on a pr about visit !
