exactly my point i realize that they are connected and so did Mr Jones, the fact is they were never going to close on that date and should have been realistic originally with a closing time frame, the 10Q coming out 2 days before the dilution did not help people unless they were watching this like a hawk, ( as luck would have it i was on vacation and missed all the fun) surely If the Chinese were deadly serious they could have made a small payment upfront to clear the mess before it happened and inherited a much stronger company without the need to R/S eventually , so this perpetual delay will likely continue right up the 11th, who knows what shape it will be in by then and if we ever see a dime from the Chinese. My frustration is getting the better of me because too many people are making excuses for the mess it is in and are passive in the criticism , this could of and should of been handled in a far more professional manner. I wrote 3 times to Mr Jones in the last few weeks without reply because i was asking valid and probing questions and not pussy footing around. The silence from him is telling IMO. Ready for another vacation i think, i know my CDNL holding will not be paying for it LOL
