I am in much the same boat as you and find the answer to your quiz to be all of the above.

The PRs in 2004 indicated increasing sales and profitability. Based on FH's approach I think the first statement (incrasing sales) is entirely possible and the second (profitability) is just FH's general sense.

However, when putting together the 211, FH felt it necessary to cover his butt and account for things like rent and a salary for him.

The fact that the 211 and previous PRs don't line up has nothing to do with how FH runs his business.

I like how FH runs his business. It may ruffle some SH feathers, but the business is growing and he is not going bankrupt.
