You know when you run a company you can only focus on so much. When it comes to Financials he's not the one sitting around crunching numbers. That's why he hired the financial firm to do that for him and that's why he paid them over 20 to do the 2013 fins.

To my understanding and logical view point why would someone waste money on old Financials if they tend to pump this stock up and run. It only makes sense that the financial back log is so long that it is over tasking the firm. Probably why he hired a second firm to speed up the process.
