Fact is this is still in a hole, we can all dream of the great things it could be but the fact is it is currently trading at .0039 and no one is buying at this price. The deal is dragging its heels and without some kind of confirmed filing this is stuck here. I am merely pointing out that you cannot say this is a large deal which needs time to complete when the Chinese are are signing $10 billion loans to other foreign companies ( obviously Petrobras is a different league but so is the deal). Whilst some may be happy with a Twitter/facebook postings call me old fashioned but i prefer a confirmed filing that the deal is complete. I have been this stock long enough to know it has promised a lot on several occasions but as of yet not a single one has been realized to its potential hence both my sticking with it for the potential and my skepticism because of the previous failures to deliver.
