Did Gary-F-Kimmons Recapitalize his personal financial incubator?

IMO in Gary F Kimmons eDoorways Press Releases and public he appeared proud of his vast vocabulary while at the same time issuing billions of shares without having anything to show for it Revenue wise.

After all of the compensation he received over the years...why did Gary F Kimmons yet again received compensation if this Company didn't generate any Revenue since the beginning according to the SEC S-1/A?

Revenues

For the period from February 1988 (Inception) through December 31, 2014, we did not earn any revenues. We are still a development stage company and do not expect to begin generating revenues until we begin selling our products and services.

But during this time Gary F Kimmons was using his vast vocabulary of Big words to IMO entice investors into buying shares......but it appears he had nothing to show for it...since ZERO Revenue was generated?

Was Gary F Kimmons possibly obsessed with Deception and free money?
