SUNE is a heavily shorted stock.
The $33. gap in 2015 will be filled by March 18, 2015 when Vivint deal is closed(done) AND the shorts have NO CHOICE but to BUY SUNE shares to COVER their short positions.

I am holding my shares at an average $ 3.91, Wish I had sold it at $ 6.80 and rebought at lower price. Well, I hope everything happens for good. GLTA.
