There was some debate here at one time about the IFUS patent and the IFUS Nutrimastic trade secret formula. One thing I should have mentioned back then is that it is possible to include a patented formula in a trade secret formula, or visa versa. In other words If I own the patent or license the patented formula I can add it to a second formula that is a company trade secret formula. Furthermore the PROCESS for making the final process, the steps of blending, mixing, reacting the ingredients, just like the process for backing a cake can be unique and can be a trade secret protected by state and federal laws from theft by crooks like the EX-IFUS boot brothers.

The original IFUS patent application did not disclose the exact formula, ingredient concentrations and was not patentable as written, but the trades secrets were covered and protected under law and by the fiduciary responsibility of the EX-IFUS-SE directors, as required by federal law. Law that the two boot brothers ignored at their peril. It will be their downfall. The final nail in the coffin. The straw that broke the camels back.
