According to what I read in the LPC Purchase Agreement, which was made pr-split. The minimum that AVXL can sell shares to LPC is with a closing price no lower than 3 (Accelerated Purchases). But, according to the Purchase Agreement it states this, in the same clause:(to be appropriately adjusted for any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split, reverse stock split or other similar transaction). My understanding is that the minimum that AVXL can now sell shares to LPC, would move to 12. Is this correct?
